the two handles with foliate terminals, the base with cast and chased nerites holding shells, the body with acid-etched decoration and script, including two tennis rackets, a tennis net, and "Norwood Park Tennis Club Challenge Trophy," the reverse acid-etched with banner inscribed, "Winner.," beneath which are two engraved winners: "1894 - Robert D. Wrenn." and "1895 - William A. Larned," marked to underside.
